Spellcrow Ltd, who help manage and maintain the official www.spellcrow.com website (referred to as “We”, “Our” and “Us” in these terms) suggest that the customer (referred to as “You” and “Your” in these terms) should spend some time reading through these terms of trading. By entering a purchase transaction with Spellcrow you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Our Terms and Conditions are liable for change at any time in which case you will be notified by email.
Payment
Payment will be in the form of an electronic transaction, this is a secure transaction through PayPal or bank transfer (sent to ING Bank Śląski in Poland) which you make by entering your own bank's website and making the transfer. Once the payment is accepted, a notification will be sent to both parties. Payment will be in either Pounds Sterling (GBP), Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) or Zlotys (PLN).
Cancellations
Cancellations prior to dispatch will be accepted on standard items. Cancellations will not be accepted once goods have been dispatched. For special order or non-standard items, cancellations will not be accepted.
Delivery
Delivery is set at a convenient cost worldwide, and it does not change according to the weight of the parcel. Shipping becomes free once a particular order value is reached (see Our Shipping & Delivery section for more details). We have set the shipping cost to be the most convenient for You, our customer, regardless where you live in. Goods should be ready to dispatch within 1-3 working days of receipt of the order providing goods are in stock and available. This may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas and special deal periods.
Dispatch dates may vary depending on stock availability and public holidays. All deliveries will not require a signature unless specified at the point of order.
Please note delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed and may be subject to circumstances out of the Spellcrow control. Spellcrow Ltd. or Spellcrow does not accept claims for loss due to late delivery.
Web products may be supplied without outer boxes and in a ziplocked bag.
Duties and Taxes
Please check with your local customs office for any customs charges and import taxes that may apply to your shipment before placing any orders as you will be responsible for paying these fees. If a shipment is refused and returned due to unpaid fees then we will not be able to refund your order or send it again.
Shortages or Damages
Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims or shortages must be reported within 10 working days of receipt of delivery in order for any rectifications to be made.
Returns
Where goods have been ordered in error or are not received as expected Spellcrow Ltd. may agree to their return and a refund minus postage and packaging on the following conditions:
For any goods returned as faulty, goods will be inspected before any refunds or replacements will be made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
