SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended. We will inform you as soon as possible when shipping becomes available again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Tracked Shipping
Comes at a fixed price which is different for European countries and for non-European countries. Your order is shipped by Poland Post and then handled by your national carrier, for example USPS in the US or Royal Mail in the UK. See below for full details, prices and approximate delivery timings for your country.

Courier Service
We provide GLS, DPD, DHL, FedEx and UPS courier services in the whole European Union. Courier Service for the countries outside European Union is unavailable. See below for full details, costs and approximate delivery timings for the selected countries.

TRACKING NUMBER

Tracking number is provided in the comment attached to the "Shipped" status. This information is available both when you check your order online and in the email notification confirming that your order has been shipped.

ORDER STATUS UPDATES DEFINITIONS

Pending Payment
After you place an order, if it has a "Pending Payment" status, it means that our webstore did not notice the payment for this order. If you chose to pay via PayPal and the status did not change to "PayPal-Completed", or you chose to pay via Bank Transfer, please send us the confirmation of your payment to spellcrow@umbraturris.com to speed up the order processing.

Processing
The "Processing" status means that we are completing your order. It usually takes 1-4 business days to complete and ship your order. Some items are not always in stock, so they need to be cast by our foundrymen before shipping, making the realisation process a little longer.

Shipped
The "Shipped" status means that your order has been completed and shipped.
