This is a very heavily textured, reasonably thick slab of pavement, intended to be broken or cut up (i assume?) to be used on miniature bases. The sculpt has lots of nice edges for dry brushing and looks like it will really compliment some figures. I look forward to using it when the right miniature presents itself!

Perfect. I found this product after viewing Juan Hidalgos video 'how to create Cursed City bases' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQ4VNboToT4. It turns out, it is the perfect product for medieval city themed bases. Thanks Spellcrow!
